I have a chance to buy a cs400i display model for $269.00

Is this a good price for a CS400 center channel that was a display unit at Circuit city, i really want the csi40 but they offered this for $269.00 so i figured i would ask, i will get the CSI40 later but until then this is a huge speaker and seems like a deal, polk stands behind it if a driver go's anyways right??? Thanks let me know asap cause i will most likely get this tonight.

I have called 4 CC around here and thats the only store that has a display model and he said $269.00 should i be looking for anything that might be wrong with it? or you think the display is most likely just tested here and there and probolly good to go... Thanks for the asap response

display modles will still have the 5 year warentee on them with is a real nice warentee but i would test it if you get it for dammaged speakers and for dammage to the box

I was about to post a CS400i in the Flea Market for $200 including shipping in the lower 48 stated.

I purchased the CS400i on 3/17/02 from Crutchfield and it is in perfect condition.

The reason I’m offering the speaker is because I upgraded to all LSi speakers.

Thats what i'm going to do, maybe get it cheaper if i nit pick?? But i also want a working speaker that looks nice, well after i get the csi40 next year this will most likely be for sale anyways unless i like it to much,LOL Thanks again i will be heading there at 5:00 today to get it, let ya know how it is if/when i get it home....

WoW thats a great deal, But i'm bound to the Circuit city thing cause i'm trading in my csi30 for credit towards the cs400, Thanks for the offer though someone around here will snatch that up
