Just read that Pink FLoyd Live At Pompeii will be coming out in March 2003 on DVD finally..Guess I can give away my VCD of it after that

also Dark Side will be coming out on DVD Audio as well..

That's GREAT news, I've actually had to buy a 2nd copy on VHS after the first one started to degrade. Music aside, it's a great film that shows a very young Waters, Barrett, and Gilmore, and the intense creativity, ground breaking stuff if you ask me.

I agree..I think this was one of thier best periods(Meddle era) right before Dark Side came out..actually the vcd of this is good quality although Im willing to bet the DVD will be MUCH better ..if your DVD plays VCD's ok I can get ya a copy if you send me blanks!

Mark, now I have to go watch it again, I thought Barrett didn't go off the deep end until a bit later, pre-Dark Side/Final Cut....

Pink Floyd is one of my fav band, but DSoTM and later only, before that?? I guess I just don't get it.

i've got the roger waters in the flesh live on sacd. do you think they will have dark side of the moon on sacd too...?

These guys would get their heads out of their ass and put their egos aside and do a reunion.

Do they even realize how huge that would be!!! If they clicked and nailed another album like DSotM or The Wall, oh man just imagine!

They are too busy reissueing live and greatest hits over and over.

Besides they are all drug free and it would not be all that creative.

I got In the Flesh in DVD, well recorded and such.

I've been a floyd fan since high school in the 80's. Does anyone know if the delicate sound of thunder is on dvd?
