Confusing Amp terminology

Was looking into Emotive RPA-1 Amp

The web page reads:
Conservatively rated at 200 watts RMS per channel in a dual mono configuration, the RPA-1 is the perfect companion to the RSP-1.


then, later listed in the specs:
• 200 watts RMS per channel into eight ohms

Whad'they mean by dual mono configuration???

Is this really 200 watts per channel at 8 ohms or not?

dual mono means there is two seperate power supplies and that it has two seperate "mono" channels that work together to be one two channel amp

It has two power cables , yes ?

It`s like have two mono amps in one chassis
