If you have speakers that are bi-wireable but do not have jumpers can you make your own or is it better to buy aftermarket? Which input should you plug cables into (high or low) vs which ones to "jump" to?

Yes you can make them very easily...and it is IMPO better than the jumpers that come with the speaks...YMMV


IT doesn`t matter which one you plug into ....I always plug into the bottom and jump to top and bottom posts with my DYI jumper cables

make your own - it's "fun" and easy. It was my first DIY audio project and I reached my DIY limit on the project;)
