Got a 5.1 Polk rm 6900 and I want to secure the speaker lines to the Harmon AVR and so forth. Any suggestions on brands or qualities? I know I need at least 24 barring I don't get crappy ones.

I highly recommend the locking banana plugs. They're the ones i use in my system.
Those plugs ESAVINON suggested look good but here is another option also: I got both single plugs and dual plugs from monoprice.com. I already have some Monster plugs to compare with. I would say that the dual plugs from monoprice are a bit crappy and would not buy more of them (they seem somewhat flimsy and don't tighten down all the way). The individual plugs are very good though IMHO and I would certainly buy more of those.
Good plugs: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10401&cs_id=1040115&p_id=2943&seq=1&format=1#largeimage
Not so good: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10401&cs_id=1040115&p_id=2945&seq=1&format=1#largeimage

Check you HK's plugs. My 635 has its plugs too far apart to go double plug, I had to go single.

Good point, thanks for catching it! Harman/kardon binding posts ARE too far apart for dual plugs. I was using them on the speakers and the Denon.

BFA style plugs are the only way to go. Most other plugs provide very limited contact.

Yes they do. those are the ones i use. They have metal tabs on each side you can pull down with a pair of screwdrivers if they become lodged in after unscrewing.

I got mine too. I like locking RCA's, and you cant complain about GLS quality, but I like the more conventional nanners myself.
