New Rti Series

So how does the new line do in 2channel stereo for music only? Is it still as bright or is it more warmer? Details!!!

I heard a demo today at tweeter and they sounded very good. They had some $140 RTi4s so I asked to hear them but they played the new RTis instead, and I was very surprised. He played them through a sony reciever at my request (the only unused amp in my house is not very good), and driven without a solid high current amp I preferred them to the LSi7s. The guy there said they sound better than the old series, but I don't trust sales guys and I didn't compare them myself.

I'm not about to downgrade because I don't think I've ever hear LSi7s sound as bad as they did running through that Sony, but I was very impressed with the new RTi speakers -- they sounded great even with a poor amp.
