Question on my speaker settings

a cs1 center channel,
monitor 30s in the rear
a mirage bps150i powered subwoofer
Sony 400watt avr

Give me a little more info K-daugh. What are you running up front. What is powering everything. Do you have a sub. and how big is the room?

You have a sub so set all speakers to small.
