Hi, I just want to share my experience as it might be useful for others.
I have a small Yamaha receiver HTR-5230 with very cheap speakers (centrios). I love to listen to music. I bought the Klipsch F2 speakers (350$ for a pair) thinking that I would feel a difference. It was not the case! I found F2: too bright, lack of mid, harsh, a lot of distortion and... painful! I brought back these F2 speakers to the store and bought Polk Rti10 (580$ for a pair!). I love these speakers! With my Polk 10" Subwoofer, I think I found the perfect match!

Congrats and welcome to the Polk family.You most likely don't know it,but your post is in the wrong spot.We'll let it go this time,but next time,the Polk goon squad will visit with lots of tar and feathers....maybe a boa too.:D

Again,welcome and feel free to participate.

Now see, I tried listening to the Klipsch line @ Best Buy, and a custom home theater show room and both times, I was like ICK! So it wasn't a question of simple bad acoustics like in Best buys case(friggin steel warehouse!)The custom home install co. had an actual theater built to show off the highend Klipsch. Some people swear by 'em.
NOT ME!

Ah yes..i was....was a huge klipsch fan..went to American electronics to pick up a pair of new RF3's and left with the RTI10's. I have since switched all my surround speakers to polk.

I vote for Bose

Bose = overpriced junk

I love my RTi8's so I can only imagine the RTi10's are just as great!

I would like to get the Csi5 to match my Rti10 but can't find it in Canada. The new Csia6 is too expensive for now and is slightly different than the Rti10. I think I'll wait till I find a csi5 new on e-bay or used elsewhere. What do you think? Is the Csia6 would also prefectly match the sound of Rti10?
