Just read that accoring to the "Rush is a Band" website, Rush will be continuing their Snakes and Arrows tour in 2008. One of the places they are booking is the Carlson Center in Fairbanks Alaska! I certainly hope is they go to Fairbanks they'll come here to Anchorage. Either way, I'll be going. This website was spot on about their past tour stops in 2007, so I hope this isnt just a rumor. Rush in Alaska baby!!

You will love this tour! I saw them at Red Rocks last summer and it was a GREAT show! I will be seeing them again in 2008...either at Red Rocks again, or I might make a road trip to Winnapeg

Bringing this topic back up. I noticed a lot of shows were added. Looks like Ninerbj will be seeing them again at Red Rocks.
I want to hit the Phoenix show May 1st. Anyone see them on their current Snakes and Arrows tour that can give me some insite as to what the show was like. I saw them long ago during their Presto tour, but I was kinda messed up and only remember bits and pieces of that show.

I saw them at the Clark County Amphitheatre in Washington State last July and it was an amazing show. I hope you like the new album though (I do!) because they play at least 5 or 6 songs off of it. But they also played some real gems like Circumstances and Digital Man that they havent played in ages. I'm definately going to see them again even though I see that they are now not coming up to Alaska. Damn!! I'll probably just go back down to Portland and see them there.

No Red Rocks show for me this year. (10 hour drive) But, I will catch them in St. Paul (4 hour drive) It's an incredible show...wouldn't miss it for the world! My 16 year old son will be in tow this year as well.

By the way avelanch, the show is 3 hours long with a 20 minute beer and piss break. The video and light production is worth the ticket price alone!

Sure hope they add Honolulu to the tour. Rush performed in Hawaii only once back in 85. Best show I ever seen. Thanks for the heads up. Here's a link with a list of cities and tour dates. If they don't make it here I might be going to Reno or Vegas in May.
