Hello,
I have a SurroundBar 50 and a Pioneer VSX-80TXV Receiver. The receiver is a Elite® 7.1 Channel A/V Receiver. I tied to set up the speaker following the manual and it really does not seem to have Surround Sound. Any idea what I may be doing wrong???

Can someone give me any points what I should be looking for? maybe i have a wrong setting on the receiver or wires going to the wrong speaker.

Other then that, they look great but would like to get the surround working...

If you have it set-up for 7.1, without additional rear speakers....it will not sound right. I would double check your settings on the AVR.

I have one for a demo now, had it setup incorrectly and it sounded terrible. Fixed the settings and it immediately opened up.

I followed the settings in the SurroudBar 50 manual but maybe I did set something up wrong. Thank you, i will try again and look at the settings. Does the SurrondBar 50 sound great once you had it set up?

Thanks

Absolutely, and the SDA is very noticeable.
