Wanted RT55i

Looking for a pair of RT55i in near perfect shape?

Trubluluc has some RT55. The specifications are identical, but I understand the tweeters and crossovers may be different (other than the absence of the blue colored drivers). Would they do?

I saw those earlier.....I really would like the 55i's....I did a little research and people seemed to like the 55i's a little better because of the tweaks Polk made...

Yup! Same drivers, same tweeter, different cabinet ... Nikolas and I have had the chance to compare notes on this before. On paper at least, the 800i has the advantage of 42Hz lower -3dB limit, compared to 47dB for the 55i. Surprisingly perhaps, the 55i actually looks like a bigger speaker, since the 800i has a smaller cabinet footprint (not as wide, nor as deep).

PS...the ad is for RT55i and CS400i. I already inquired about the CS400i..it's sold. The 55i's are available.
