Help with rear speakers

I posted this at AVSForum...but thought this might be a better place:

I just bought a Sony 52XBR4 LCD...and will be buying an Onkyo SR705 receiver in the next week or so. Now it's time to pick my speakers (5.1).

I plan on purchasing either RTi6's or RTi4's for my fronts. They are about the right size (for the wife's taste) and in my budget. I am looking at getting the CSi3 as my center speaker. I believe these speakers all match fine.

Now the hard part...I need some rear speakers that are decent...but are smaller in size. The wife WILL NOT go for something as big as the fronts. I am looking at RM101's...are those any good? Polk doesn't seem to have a ton of small rear speakers to choose from. Should I look at another brand for the rears? I want to spend $200 or less on a pair.

EDIT: I just saw a Polk RM7 speaker that fit my price range...these better than the 101s?

FYI...I will be using a JBL sub for the time being...in case anyone is curious. I already have this and it is wife approved.

Okay...so the wife had a designer from the local furniture store over this evening. She is helping my wife purchase and place new furniture. It was mentioned that I was going to put rear speakers on the wall in the Great Room. Well...if you could have seen the look on the lady's face.

Needless to say, I am not longer putting speakers on the wall. To compromise, I am going to use in-ceiling speakers now. We do have tall ceilings in that room...they are 12 feet high. For budget purposes, what do you guys recommend? I was looking at the SC80s...they seem to match the RTi series I am looking at.

Can you guys please give a newbie some feedback on this?

If no one responds you can email or call Polk's customer service with any questions or concerns regarding timbre matching or whatever and they will guide you in the right direction.

I have no experience with in wall speakers so I can't help you out.:(

Out of the question really. I know that having an in-ceiling speaker 12 feet high is not ideal....but it's all I have to work with. Surely it would be better than nothing.

I may take gwh's advice and email Polk.

polk makes speakers for nearly ever kind of application.. don't skimp on the speakers.. you spent a good deal on your TV, your stereo.. get the Polk speakers to match.
