Belkin AP3080010 ?

The features listing states that it will "safeguard telephone lines from power surges with built in splitters." Could someone please explain? I'm trying to determine if I can connect my tivo phone line to the AP30. Looking at the back panel, I do not see any phone in/out jacks. 3 year lurker/learner, seldom poster. Thanks to all in advance

Don't understand why the black model is different. I'll contact belkin. You said that u had the silver model. Why did you let it go?

I picked up a much heavier duty pure sine wave AVR UPS...gave the Belkin to a friend.
