Help with a PSW150

I've purchased a remarkable set of Polks, and have a rattle in my PSW150. It's only on some movies, and when the volume is turned up? Is it possible the glue on the spider web (as I saw in other post) has come free?

I'm not sure I should tackle taking apart the sub speaker not knowing what I should look for.

Is this something that's fairly easy to see if I was to pop out the speaker?

It would be best to remove the 10" woofer from the sub-woofer's cabinet, disconnect the two wires and send it to Polk Audio, 5601 Metro Drive, Baltimore, MD. 21215 attn: Ken. Please include a short note with your name and address.
