What model Garmin do you have?

I'm now looking at the Nuvi 750. I found it on Amazon for $395. Thats the best price i've found so far, from a reputable dealer. I like the features on the 650, but the 750 has some extra features I want.

I have a 350. I don't need all the extra frilly crap. The 350 has what I need. My Nextel and Head Unit/stereo in my truck does the rest. But I hear the 650 is a good unit...I like the size of the 350 vs the 650 or 750. They are just a tad too big for me.

Killer deal at Costco on the nuvi 650 for 299. Buying again to replace nuvi 660 that was smash-and-grabbed Christmas day. I can live without the bluetooth. Never used it after the first week.

Garmin is definitely the way to go, they have the most intuitive interface period. I have both the nuvi 360 and 650, and they are both great.
I recently bought a Tomtom 920 which has a better feature set than the garmins at the same price point, but the interface is just not as easy to use.

Costco.com is kicking serious ass on pricing for both the nuvi's:
360 (with bluetooth) $249.
650 (w/o bluetooth) $299.

Some of the reviews I read from late last year said the Nuvi 750 had trouble aquiring a signal quickly due to the internal antenna. Sometimes it took almost 90 seconds (which is much slower than other models). Others said it did not have the new SirfStar III gps chipset.

I confirmed with Garmin on the phone that a mid-January firmware update corrected the signal aquisition speed and it also has the SirfStar III chipset.

I think this is the one for me. I'm tired of reading from printed Google Maps. It's also not wise to read printed Google maps and drive at the same time.

In case anyone is looking to pull the trigger on a new Garmin, I just found this deal posted this morning. Pretty insane price on this unit. Very reputable online dealer also.
