I currently have an older Outlaw Audio 750 Amp.

The Power:
165 @ 8ohms to all channels
250 @ 4ohms to all channels

This is the first amp I ever purchased and I have this thing, where I cant settle for OK, I save up money and get the best I can(within reason of course).

Earthquake Cinenova Grande, is one amp that I have been eyeing for a long time..

Features that I like on the Cinenova vs my current Amp.
1) of Course the power, more than double at 4ohms 600watts.
2) XLR Inputs
3) Each Channel is a seperate block, if one dies I do not loose my whole theather, but only parts of it.
4) Detachable Power Cord
5) Peace of Mind.. If i purchased new It would be under a 10year warranty.

If the owners of Cinenova's could chime in on how much better it is then their previous amp I would appreciate it.

Also what other amps around the same price range would everyone else recommend paring up with the LSI's?

Choices so far:

The outlaw is a fine amp, but you might also want to look at Sunfire, Bryston, and some of the other fine amps listed on audiogon. 600 watts seems superfluous.

For 2k I say get a Rotel rmb1095. It's a powerhouse. 330 watts running all 5 channel from 20hz to 20khz. Not all power amps can do that with the same ratings.

Not to mention is a great sounding very dynamic amp. You can get them used allday long for 1400.00.

What about the Emotiva line of stuff? And I agree with the Outlaw comment. They have so many amp options it's incredible. You could do a single 5 channel amp or do 5 monoblocks. The possibilities are endless.
