Was it a mistake in pricing? I got in before the price went back up luckily. I thought it was one of those deals where they offer limited quantities for a steal and when they're gone they're gone? I thought I read somewhere that they occasionally offer the Onkyo 705 for $550 on a limited basis. So I thought maybe it was the same kind of deal. Either way I'm sure glad I got a pair!

Prices on Amazon go up and down. Just keep watching, or better yet, add it to your cart and let it sit. It pricing changes, when you open your cart, you'll see a message at the top telling you it's changed.

$249 isn't a mistake, they just changed the price. It may go back, it may become unavailable; you never know.

FYI, they are very good about adjusting price after you buy something. Within 30 days if it goes down, they'll issue a credit usually within 2 days.

Also just noticed, the $129 CSi3 center channel speakers are now available in black as well as cherry.

I got in on the fxia4 for 249 and the csi3 cherry for 129......couldnt beat buying 2 sets of fxia4 for 500 and getting a $200 sub for free.....then I sold the sub and 1 set of fxia4....so basically i got me a pair of fxia4 for like $50 bucks!

I barely got in on the deal, i ordered that morning and then later that night, i saw they were back up for $400....so glad i jumped in
