Onkyo 805 crossover with Lsi15/lsiC / Fixa4

Could someone with an Onkyo 805 + LSI15 / LSiC / FiXa5 post their Cross oversettings.

In particular, I want to know if I should set my Lsi15 to full band / Double Bass.

I have most of your criteria Onkyo 805 lsi15 and lsiC and my settings are

Sub = Yes
Front = 60Hz
Center = 100Hz
No double bass

I've tried many settings as suggested by the really knowedgable people here and with their help and what sounds good to me, this is where I ended up. I would like to get some test cd's to tweak it better but this works for now.
