I haven't seen an HD radio post since 2006, so unless I missed something, it's about time.

I am looking at HD radio because it is better quality than regular radio, and no subscription is required like satellite. The reason I am considering this is because I listen to A LOT of radio (mostly talk) and always like a more hifi option for my ears. Does anyone have any experience with the HD Radio tuners to use with their home systems? Since I already have a 2 channel system, it would make the most since just to add a tuner, instead of buy an all-in-one system or something else. The only ones I can really find are made by Sangean, and they have pretty good reviews. Does anyone have HD Radio experience with home tuners?

I talked to a local dealer about HD Radio and he said to be careful as not all decoders currently decode the extra or in-between channels. Which is what I wanted. Car stereos seem to be especially poor. This is also a digital signal so it is either working or not. So make sure you are "in range" Good Luck with your decision.

Hmm... Well I know that we have a lot of HD Radio stations in the Seattle area because every station I listen to advertises it. As far as the decoders, I guess I would just have to get one and try it out. I've got to track down a store that sells them so I can get a little demo.
