Is this dog doing what I think it's doing?

Looking at electronics on Craigslist and came upon this EQ. Is it just me or does it look like the dog in these photos is dropping the kids off at the pool?

I'm pretty sure its a cat.

And I think it is just walking past the EQ. Maybe he was sitting and got up to walk away.
