I am trying to rip a home made video. I cannot rip it because of VIDEO_TS.
How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Steve

Where did the video come from (ie what source... is it a DVD? a video file from a camcorder? etc)?
What format would you like to rip it to?

Try using a program like DVDx (http://www.labdv.com/dvdx/), which is free.
Here are some instructions (http://www.wikihow.com/Rip-a-DVD-to-an-AVI-or-MPG-File-Using-DVDx) on how to use it.
Here is a primer (http://www.webvideozone.com/public/308.cfm) on using YouTube (if you need it).
EDIT : Another popular option is Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/?article=download), which rips DVDs to MP4 format. Tutorial for use can be found here (http://www.methodshop.com/gadgets/tutorials/handbrake/index.shtml).
