Before a collective gasp goes up....I'm not getting out of the Quad craze.

However, for a limited time, I'm offering up mine. They are functionally PERFECT as they were refurbed at the time I bought them so no suprises in store. Cosmetically 8/10, and that's conservative.

IMO, the Quad ESL 63 is the finest speaker that I've encountered south of 20K and mine are as nice a pair as you will find.

Ok, pressed for time to finish the ad so I'll get to the money shot and I'll edit later.

1700 plus ship. A new pair of boxes can be had for 100 bucks plus shipping so shipping would put you at about 1850.

If you are interested, let me know. Again, this is a time sensitive sale in terms of committing (IE I need to know if I can get these sold in order to fund another purchase, you follow?).

1750 is a lot of coin but I'm telling you it will cure you from wanting to buy other speakers in the future....so, it's cheaper in the long run.

No kidding, I've not heard a speaker under 20k and maybe at any price I'd rather own.

I actually picked these up for Troy in NY state north of the city. The guy Troy bought them from knew his shit on these speakers. he refurbs and sells them. this guy takes what he does VERY seriously.

I auditioned these speakers for a while before transporting them (for what Troy spent, I wanted to make sure all was more than well) and Troy's right, this is a speaker you dont "upgrade" without spending 5 figures (and even then it might not be an upgrade), plain and simple.

If I didnt dump a ton into the Mustang, I would SERIOUSLY consider snagging these, and that is considering I love the HELL out of my AR9's

Here are a couple of threads with pictures in them.

If you are seriously interested and want up close and detailed...let me know. There isn't a mark on these though. These were completely refurbed by the guy who sold them to me and are 100% functional and cosmetic.
