quick question about marine audio

I will make this quick and hopefully some one can help me out. I am looking at buying a boat. If I get a boat with a stereo/speakers I don't like. (I haven't seen any that come with Polk) Who should I take it to for the system to be swapped out? The dealer or my local car shop? I am leary about the car shop idea because I don't want holes in the wrong places in the boat.(read sinking boat) Any ideas? Thanks.

If it was me, i would check around, find out who does marine installs (call the place u buy the boat from or call the car audio shop and see if they have done it before) you could also just find out where the car audio shop wants to put everything and confirm with the place u purchased the boat from that everything will be okay.
