I am offering a PSW300 subwoofer cabinet for sale. I am selling the amp to Muppetman so I am left with the enclosure. The driver's spiders are damaged and it pops when played loudly. Since the laminate is torn or peeling off in many places I decided it's time for a new sub.

In other words, 'severly cosmetically challenged cabinet, with a tango uniform driver and no amp'

Since the wood and joints in the cabinet are solid, I thought someone who is into DIY projects might like to use the cabinet to make a completed subwoofer powered by an external amp. What you see on the front of the cabinet that looks like cracks is where my son pulled the laminate down and tore it. I used double-stick tape to put it back. I have the screws that hold the amp in place to include with it.

I have no idea what it's worth so I'll just list it at $SOLD or best offer or just get it out of my house.

I won't be shipping this so it'll have to be local pickup in the San Diego area.

So a severly cosmetically challenged cabinet, with a tango uniform driver and no amp for a Grant?

Just making sure I read that correctly. ;)

Cheers,
Russ

Is this a serious for sale? I see the humor if it's not...

Russ, Thanks for a good laugh.:D When you put it that way, it really makes it sound like the piece of junk it probably is and certainly not worth a Grant (hence the "...or best offer" portion of the add). But to answer your question directly. Yes, you read it correctly. Price modified to reflect more accurate description provided by Russ.:p

I know that many on this forum were sitting on the fence regarding whether to purchase this cabinet or not. ;) However, it is no longer available as it has been sold on Craigslist for $10. Please, no tears over this lost opportunity. :(
