A mix of MIT, Signal Cable, Monster, Straight Wire, Rockford Fosgate, and Audioquest.

Check out Audioadvisor.com, and Signalcable.com to start(mention to Frank you are a Club Polk member for a discount @ Signal Cable).

Audioquest Sidewinders and G-strings for interconnects and Type two speaker cable for the fronts and center. The rears and outdoor speakers had to be inwall speaker wire due to building codes. http://www.audioquest.com/ is the link

I'm using a mix of Monster and tributaries on my components right now, upgrading to Monster reference soon. Circuit City has monster reference interconnects (1m) for $69 (reg. 99).

Basic JPW bi-wire for my speakers.

Lots of good suggestions have already been made. :)

Speaker cables:
14 gage THX certified Monster Cable inwall speaker cable. (not in the wall) for the HT system

Powerline 2 from 1986 by Monster Cable for my SDA-SRS beauties

All my interconnects are various Monster Cable reference standard grades. I use component video for the DVD, and Toslink for the audio. I also have a monster power supply to filter the lines and provide clean power to the system.

There is better than monster out there but high end monster is good enough for me.

I use Monster Cable and Transparent.

I have M2.2's for Left, Center, and Right. Monster 14 Gauge for the rears.

I also use Monster M1000CV for Component Video cables and I use Transparent Video for all S-Video sources.

Audio- I use Transparent Analog Interconnects for SACD and CD.

The rest of my sources have Monster M550I Analog interconnects and I also use the Monster HTS 5000 power conditioner.

Soon I will be upgrading to all Monster M1000I interconnects.

I think if you are looking for a great wire at a cost effective price I would definitely look into Monster as they can satisfy your needs at any level of audio or video.:p
