LSi15s move more than air.

Had my stepmom over for dinner last night. Chicken Pot-Pie and a strawberry shortcake desert. She is somewhat musicly inclined and I had a song I found that I knew she had never heard and would love, so we took a seat and I popped the CD in the player. Fired up the HK, SPL 1200 and 2 x LSi15s...a couple minutes later, she had goosebumps and wiped away a tear.

Of course she loved the song, I knew she would, but it was nice to hear that she really liked "the sound system".

Turns out the LSi15s are simply "moving". :)

I love when that happens with a family member. Hearing HIFI for the first time is quiet an experience, especially if music has any kind of emotional attachment to you.

My parents are in their early 50's now, I'm closing on 40 at 36, it's kind of funny my dad is more into "harder" music than I am. They don't really listen to music anymore but I got my dad Jimi Hendrix collection and a few Black Sabbath CD's for Christmas, and had them sit down in my old theater room with the LSi's playing. Of course they both were wiping their tears, maybe not so much for the quality of the sound but the memories of the 70's they were having.
