Saw this last night, absolutely hilarious. Apatow's movies just keep me laughing throughout, and this was no exception. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about checking it out.

Saw it yesterday, wasn't as laugh out loud funny like some of Apatow's other stuff but still keep me laughing the whole time, up until the puppet musical anyway, Marshall's rock star boy friend got off some of the best lines of the movie.

I thought it was hilarious! More so than superbad and even knocked up in my opinion. Good story too.

Apatow's got another one coming out this summer (August) called Pineapple Express. It also stars two of the former actors (Seth Rogan and John DeFranco, I believe) from the show he produced and was savagely cancelled after one year in 1999-2000, Freaks and Geeks (my favorite TV show ever, bought the entire one-year series on DVD. Excellent). Anyway, Pineapple Express is supposedly inspired by Brad Pitt's character in the 1994 movie, True Romance, if any of you guys remember that. He was the constantly stoned roommate, smoking out of one of those honey-bear honey containers. I think it could be a winner with lots of potential for laughs...stay tuned.

A few friends want to see this so hopefully I'll see it when I get home from college. Nobody around here has expressed interest in it really.

Saw this last night and it seemed to me that the whole theater (which had about 40 people in it) was laughing through out the whole thing. I absolutely loved it. They also showed a preview for Pineapple Express, it looks great. Cannot wait to see it.

On a side note, my wife and I got their early and we had the theater to ourselves, so we watched people filter in. So I knew a lot about this movie before going in. I knew about the full frontals, and pretty graphic sex scenes (that btw where damn funny). And I watched two older ladies either bring their daughters or nieces to see this movie. Two of the girls where in the 14 year old range, while the other girl was in the 10-11 year old range. Surprisingly (or not I guess) they stayed through the whole movie. To each his own.
