I have a pretty good amount of these that I figured I would pass along here. These are the neck wraps or can be used as head bands to cool you off in the hot days. You soak them in cold water and they keep you cool. They work pretty well. I have the following color/styles available and I'm thinking $5 shipped for one-three or $4 shipped each if you buy 4 or more. They seem to retail $20 shipped for a set of 3 on their website. This is what they look like but obviously I have different colors/styles.

PM me. References can be found here, eBay (Toxis2001dc4 with 108 @100%), DIYMA.com (6), 8thcivic.com (10)... more elsewhere I'm sure. Will update quantities as they sell. I accept PayPal, MO or Personal Checks (if you don't mind waiting for it to clear for shipment).
Forgot to add, due to my work schedule, most if not all shipments will be done on Mondays and Tuesdays so depending on when you purchase, you might have to wait a couple days for me to get down to the post office.

anyone planning on doing yard work or doing any outdoor activities this year? I plan to be on the lake if I'm outside, otherwise I'm going to use one of these for when I mow the lawn on the hot days.

Dude, you get your ass kicked for wearing something like that around here, especially while mowing the lawn. It might even be in violation of my homeowners association. ;)

Do you have anything in a smaller....I mean, larger diameter?
Would you be willing to donate 1 for Polkfest(Karma), for every 1 purchased thru the Flea Market? If so, I'll buy 10.
Just an FYI....your shipping charges sound a bit odd....just as a note.

I just wanted to give a deal if I wanted to give a discount for anyone wanting to buy more than a couple. So you're saying for $40, I send you 20? Make it $50 and I'll send you 20 knowing they'll be for a Karma, as long as the people who get the extras leave me feedback here. :) Deal?
PS - I just used one when mowing the lawn tonight since it was humid and it worked great! I couldn't help but laugh thinking of this thread though.

I'm sure your neighbors had a good laugh too.

who gives a damn? I'm secure in who I am to not give a damn what the neighbor's think. I would've used it earlier today when walking the dog but I couldn't find it and didn't want to open a new one. Sure is getting hot around here early! I swear we just skipped Spring all together.

Hmmm...no.
I'm not sure how that benefits anyone aside from me buying them all. I'm trying to help, by purchasing 1 or X from you and asking for a match by you, for a Free Karma @ Polkfest. I don't even need these or want them.
It sounds like a resounding, not interested, so good luck.

I used to use them working outside in Az during the summer. When it was hitting 110, I pretty much could've sold mine for 5 times what I paid for it.
When you're sweating your a$$ off, you don't care what it looks like.

Alright, we can stop the ridicule. I guess I'll take them to eBay.
