I bought some LS-50's from a friend and they were mighty good speakers for the price. But the best part was the beautiful Rosewood finish. I've heard the other finishes look much cheaper, but the Rosewood looks amazing. Hopefully those 70's are that finish; but depending on the price, they're great speakers. I'd say around $150 with a $200 max. But I don't know this stuff like the older guys so they may be worth more.

Cool speakers, first gen trilam tweeter. Polk's first 'high end' speaker outside of SDA's. Gone for a lot of years until the LSi(mproved) line was introduced.

They love power, solid low end. Some find them a tad on the hot (bright) side of neutral, but I've found that's easily tamed with the right gear driving them.
