I just cannot say what an asshat Mr. Simon Draper from www.DVD4MUSIC.COM is. The long and short is that I ordered two SACD from this site located in England in February, after weeks of promises and no delivery I asked for the order to be canceled and a credit issued to my CC.
Draper stated he would get a credit to my card "sorted" out, well I never heard from him and he stopped responding to my e-mail inquries.
Had to file a dispute resolution with my Credit Card company which took over three months, so DVD MUSIC got my money on March 3, 2008, around a 100 bucks, never delivered a thing, and I finally got a credit on June 24, 2008, nearly four months, nice float of funds they have going. I am sure I would of received nothing back from Draper were it not for Mastercard issuing a credit, glad I did not send a M.O., as it would of been even more hassle with filing court documents.
Anyway, the site indicates they have all kinds of SACD, CD, DVD etc, no mention that the items are not in stock which was the excuse they used on my shipment.
Buyer beware and I give a big thumbs down for this web retailer.
