Audioquest Diamondback 2 meter - Old style connectors bought new about 1 year ago, too long for me, excellent condition. $85 shipped conus SOLD!
Cobalt Ultimate 1 meter - Bought new about 2 years ago, the cable is in excellent shape but the barrels have some paint loss due to barrels touching - see photo. $30 shipped conus SOLD!

On the Diamondbacks, what's the difference between the old style connectors and the new ones?

The newer connections have more of an hourglass shape to them. Take a look on www.audioquest.com if you want to see a picture of the new style.

I'm really enjoying the Pioneer DV-59, but now I'm searching for a good deal on the DV-79. I'm mostly interested in quality multichannel audio and I understand the 79 is better with seperate power supplies for audio. The Onkyo SP-1000 is awesome out of my price range.

I'll be using these Diamondbacks with the 59.

Received these yesterday. Great value cables. Very surprised. I've been racking up some new cables lately to try out and I'm thinking it's time for a cable shootout. Cobalt vs. Heartland vs. Audioquest Diamondback vs. Bogdan Silver Spirit. Should be fun. I have a feeling the first 3 will all be pretty close.
