It's time to let go of my beloved pair of ASL Wave 8 monoblocks. My first foray into tubes. And my first foray into internet buying. It's definitely been a pleasure having them in my system over the last almost three years.

8 watts/channel and in very good shape. The thick faceplates are in great shape, though there are some scratches on the top of the transformers on one amp. Nothing that detracts from their image, in my opinion, but you may wish to repaint them. Certainly would be an easy enough job with such a simple amp as these.

As you can see in the pictures, I have three full sets of tubes that are included. Ei ECL82's, a set of Sovteks (at least I think they are...they're some brand that starts with an 's'), and then a set of Tungsram ECL82's. You can check the pictures of the tubes and see if you can positively ID the one set of tubes. For the life of me I can't remember what they are.

Generic power cords (that I've been using with them) thrown in, as well.

$400 by MO only, and that includes insured shipping with UPS. Continental US only. Please post interest in this thread. PM me about something if you feel it necessary, but if you have strong interest, please express it in this thread. The order of 'dibs' shall be determined from this thread.

Snapped a few more pictures of both monoblocks today. As you can see from the pictures, they really are in great shape. However, I must say, they sound even better! ;) :D

Birds eye view of both units:
The ONLY bad marks on either units are the places where the paint is rubbed off the top of the transformers. Like I said, I never felt this detracted from their appearance.

Also, I forgot to take pictures of them, but each amp has its own little cage to protect the tubes that actually covers the full length of the unit. They're in great shape as well.

These little buggers are in GREAT shape and sound AWESOME! Get your tube on!

Thanks for the positive comments, fellas. I'm really sorry to see them go, but I can certainly use the money elsewhere. Would love for a polkie to pick them up so I might could grab them again sometime later. ;)

Thank you! Yes, that's it. I knew Sovtek wasn't right, but could NOT remember 'Svetlana'. Actually, I could, but there's a girl at school named Svetlana, so I thought I was getting it mixed up. :p

Thanks for the info!

And somebody buy these!
