Hi all. First in the Polk upgrade frenzy. Bought new at CC in 2004. Set up in my dedicated HT. Non-smoker. In storage since I upgraded to RT2000p's in mid-2006. Original boxes, manuals, feet, spikes, etc. I'll ship, but would rather do a local pickup.
Hooked them up today. . . still impressed by the sound quality of these speakers. Everything works fine. Cosmetically almost perfect, all grilles and pins excellent.
I'm guessing $400? If I'm nuts, and you're interested, make me a reasonable offer.
I have photos, if you'd like them, send me a PM with yur email address and I'll get them to you.
BTW, my eBay ID is rtinatl, member since 1999 with over 170 transactions, all 100% positive feedback.

No one interested?
I have the original boxes and will ship, or pick up in the Atlanta area.

Anyone interested for $250? I do have the original boxes, and could ship, but I'm guessing freight costs will be around $250. An Atlanta area Polkie would score a good deal if he/she could do a local pickup.

i couldn't even sell mine, they sat in my living room earlier this year when I upgraded to RT2000's....I ended up bring them to NY and gave them to one of my best friends....
Good Luck anyway.....$250 is an excellent price..

Thanks..I had two pairs, traded one in on a sub. I've been through RT1000's, RT2000's and now have two pairs of RT3000p's. Of course, various Polk surrounds and centers as well. I have original boxes, and could ship, but its probably $225 to do it. Hate to convert them to my garage system..they are just about perfect cosmetically and sonically. Thought I would throw out a line once again to see if someone wants a deal.

i used mine for nearly 10 years and I thought they were the best things in the world until last January when I saw a pair of RT2000 on craigslist for $600, which I got down to $450, and I was amazed at the improvement with the RT2000, then I went and found a pair of FX1000, and OMG, what a steal at $150..both sets were in like new condition so I think my $600 was well spent.....but I refused to give away to a stranger my mint condition RT1000 for the ridiculous offers I got, I mean like way less than $200, so I gave them to a friend...
I am still sitting on a pair of new FXi30 surrounds that I refuse to just give away to a stranger that won't appreciate them, and I am not broke....sooner or later they will find a home...
Put them in your garage, you won't regret it..i wish I had a garage :) And I wish I had some RT3000 !!!!!
