Replacement Driver for PSW150

I need to replace the driver on my PSW 150. I've had it for about 7 years, so no warranty replacement :-( The "official" parts list says I need a MW1083, but this is not on the list of parts available from Polk (a couple are close, but no cigar).

Any suggestions?
