I'm looking at upgrading my front soundstage and am now looking at the monitor 60's. I've read online that they are both 2-way and 3-way. Can anyone please clarify? I don't know if I'm losing it but I don't see it on the product page on this site either....

OK, I'm NOT very knowledgeable about this series, BUT...
Looking at the Polk literature and Doro's schematic for the XO (see thread: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38755), it appears to me that the lower two 5.25" drivers are crossed to work lower than the top 5.25" driver; making this a 2.5 way system. This makes sense to me, since if all the 5.25" drivers went up to 2,250 Hz, then you would have some serious lobing issues.
Cheers, Jim

I owned them and thought they were three way, but who knows. They sound good. . . very, very good for the money. You should be able to get a pair new for $300 or less, and used for $200-$250. I bought mine new from Tweeter about 2.5 years ago for $350 and they threw in a free sub with my purchase.
Good luck! These speakers, like any, will benefit from good upstream electronics. Don't be afraid to send some good, clean power to them. A 80-110wpc receiver will drive their 8 ohm, 90 sens load fine, but separate amps work great with them too.
