The MOMO speakers are component speakers, right? So what's the power handling of the MMC5250 tweeters and woofers separately?

50-60 watts per driver should be about right.

I've decided on the SR5250 instead. But I'm wondering if the optimum balance might be 40% power for the tweeters and 60% for the woofers or some such.
