Ok its been few years since i did this. i think FrankZ ran for few years after i did and i dont see any threads so i'll get it started. I just talked to the guy and the 2008 Pool is up and running.

Use your Polk Handle as your Name so we know who is who. Most wins at end of season is the Winner. I'll try to get a prize together, but if not you have braggin rights. We are playing against the spread and 2 worst weeks are dropped. If i am not mistaken the guy uses the spreads from our local fishwrap. St Pete Times or The Tampa Tribune one. Deadline for your picks is 12:00 pm EST. If its a Thursday game i would pick on Wed.

Man I forgot all about this and just remembered it while flipping around and saw the game on tonight. So I missed tonights pick but I got the rest in. It's official - Chargers suck

My Christmas wish list is for Norv Turner to be fired, LT traded for a back that fights for yards instead of running out of bounds, a defensive line that can pressure the quarterback, and a team that does not continually self-destruct with penalties.

It is so hard being a Chargers fan - 30+ years of consistent under achievement. :(

Dammit! Got me last night. Worthless Raiders. 34-7?!?! As off and on as the Chargers have been lately I thought for sure the Raiders could at least cover their spread.

Man this week is gonna be a mess. 3 games with 13+ point spreads!

Colts over the Bengals by 13?! I dont know. The Colts are better but they tend to choke and the Bengals arent very good but theyve had a couple weeks where they "surge" up and nearly win.

My beloved Titans over the Browns by 13.5 was a tough one but I think with the Browns down to their 3rd string QB its gonna be a slaughter.

And the Cardinals over the Rams by 14! I just dont think the Cardinals are that great.

Im either going to nail it this week and get like 12 right or completely blow it and get something like 5.
