To me being miserable and married would be worse than divorced (once you paid off all the lawyers).

If I were him I would store all my stuff at a buddies place and say I 'sold it' so the bitch couldnt get it and than once you 'sold' all the stuff you cared about than get a divorce.

Well I never been Divorced only Married once.... And I told her it would be an Italian Divorce ("Cement Shoes" or the "Slip in the Tub") and I would never play Alimony, Palimony, or Childmony.

That has worked for 17 years now ;)
