Modular Keystone wiring help

Glad that I've discovered this truly helpful forum in a time of need. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post such a question, but here goes:

Due to flood damage, my basement is being rebuilt. While the walls are knocked down, I'd like to take this advantage of this opportunity to wire the playroom using Modular Keystone plates, to wire and hook-up telephone, loudspeakers, satellite tv, and computer network cat5e. I'm looking for an online tutorial on this subjet that explains this procedure in detail from A-Z, and any general advice or precautions that you techies might wish to share. I realize that I've got tot get it right the first time, because once the walls go up, there is no second shot, unless I get flooded again that is.

I did a friends house with Keystones. As I recall there are diagrams that explain things on the plastic package for each type of jack. They were straightforward and pretty easy. Just remember that when you put the jack in the plate you must put in the correct side first. Practice with a set before you attach wires to see which side goes in first and you'll be fine.

Thanks for the help, are special tools needed to insert the wires?

on which jacks you buy. I bought the type that didn't need a special tool. For RJ-45's and RJ-11's you only needed to strip the wire back. For coax you need a crimping tool to put on F connectors to the coax but no special tool otherwise. Keystone just uses an F-81 barrel which accepts an F connector on each side of the plate.
