I have been looking and looking for a good amp or amps for my Pioneer equipment. Well I just so happened to find a pair of amps I just couldnt pass up. Here is a pic of them. I didnt pay his original asking price. I mad an offer he couldnt refuse. I should see them next week.

Im going to set them up as monoblocks

Now here is a real problem. These are way way too much for these little 100w Infinity Qe's! I will be posting in the speaker section for my findings on speakers today. I went out to audition some Polks and Klipsch

Not one, but two Carver cubes. You really know how to rub it in huh?

Stick with 8 ohm speakers now that you have those things. You won't have much success trying to drive 4 ohms with them bridged. But, you probably already knew that.

Yep :)
I need to look at those Klipsch RB's or the Polk LSi and RTi series.

I need bookshelf speakers. Just gota find someone or an outfit that has them to audition them.

Use 'em to bi-amp a set of LSi9's or 15's. The 4 ohm load will be no problem if you don't bridge them, and the sound will amaze you. Polk + Carver = :D

Those Carvers are way too much power for your little speakers.
You should sell them to me so you don't accidentally blow up the little guys.
Just kidding, it would be fun to be drunk with that much Carver power!

If you go with a 4 ohm speaker like the LSi's you could always bi-amp them rather than running each as a mono. Not sure you would have satisfactory results running a 4 ohm speaker with the amps bridged. The amp(s) will see a 2 ohm load.

I have them too. DON'T run them at 4 OHM's bridged. You WILL fry it. Nice pair...
