You will have better luck finding K-400's and I think you can still order directly from Klipsch.
Although, Last week I seen a pair on fleabay.

Although, Last week I seen a pair on fleabay.I tried Klipsch and they do have that horn, now the K-401 plastic, but they will only sell to you if you have a pair of La scalas or Klipschorns with serial # that had K-400 metal horns and you wanted to upgrade to the plastic .Some think the plastic horn sounds better than the metal. thanks

The cast aluminum horn used to resonate. Just wrap it w/Dynamat or some sound absorbing material. If you join the website they don't ask stupid questions like that. Talk to Micheal Coultier, he works @Klipsch oops! not any more, and was very helpful.
I PM'ed him.
