Carver HR-895 Remote

Anyone have using one? I got a question about the power key.

I using a Carver 895 in my house receiver setup, but I don't have the original remote. Harmony works 90% but it only will shut off unit using power toggle 2 but will not turn it on. So I wonder if the original remote had a key for on and a key for off?
