Planning on adding a subwoofer as next upgrade. It will go with my RTA-11t's. Music/HT is 50/50 however I definitely want to err on the side of the sub being "musical".
Price range considering $750-1000. From research on reading prior threads here and elsewhere I've been thinking about a used velodyne spl 10 (or larger) vs the new SVS PB12-plus which apparently can be preordered now at 999 instead of regular price of $1199.
Room size is approximately 10x20x8 with an open 3x3 window to another room.
Suggestions/recomendations appreciated.

I have had a velodyne 10" which was excellent, still have a klipsch 10" which is fine for a second HT setup. I currently am using the SVS pb-13 which is the best of the three so far. It is musical and works great for the HT. My room size is 16' X 30' X 8'(ceiling).
Easy for me to highly recommend SVS, followed not so closely by the Velodyne.
I have heard good things about HSU but have no experience........good luck any way you go, its all good.

Suggestions/recomendations appreciated. The Plus will work fine in your room and if you're looking for the look and features, I'd recommend it.
Also, look at the MFW15 in whatever finish. For gobs of output, but huge and black, the Epik Castle @ $1K.
