Brand new in original box. It has interchangeable weights for your comfort and ease of use. I use one myself and love it. Original price tag of $49.99 still on the box. The UPC is removed as it was part of a rebate. If I remember it was a $15 rebate dropping it to $35 + tax. I purchased 2 of these and never set up a 2nd desktop to use it. I'll let it go for $30 shipped or best offer.
