Need Help Computer Question

I am not able to open my Company file in Quick Books and it seems to be linked to "TLG" attached to the end of the file name.

I looked on the internet and there seems to be a few downloads that say they will fix it but I am a little leary of downloading something I do not know anything about.

Any thought's from some computer guys?
