I have the 1.2's and they are awesome sounding Especially with the new RDO's. I wonder would it be worth($$$$) it to upgrade my crossovers These speakers sound so good as is.I probably will upgrade eventually.Now Back to the topic I don't really have many CD'S With great stereo separation(most mono sounding) to really show case how good the 1.2's sound with holography...... I like all music. from james brown to johnny cash ask ReelTrouble1 he seen some of my collection. Give me a list guys. Thanks

The Vintage Speaker forum has a "Sticky (http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22736)" with many pages of suggestions.

The SDA line gives an amazing soundstage when fed the proper material. I have been re-collecting many of my favorites in SACD which are mostly hybrids these days so will play as a standard CD as well.

I have always found Dire Straits' "Brothers in Arms" to have excellent stereo separation. I am talking about the regular CD version, not the SACD/DVD-A versions. Just listen to "Your Latest Trick" and you'll heard layer upon layer of instruments while the soundstage spread out in the front....almost surround-like.

The Beatles 'Love' cd from the Vegas Cirque show has one of the widest stereo soundstages I've heard on my SDA's. The 5.1 dvd audio version is
amazing too! Dark side of the Moon is always cool in stereo too, not to mention the 5.1 SACD.
