Holy crap, talk about some ground shaking bass! I haven't fully calibrated them, yet, but these things are unreal! It seems like one of the strengths of the mfw-15 is it's mid-bass slam. Gunfire hits you right in the chest!

More to come, but if any of you were considering one of these bad boys (or two).... highly recommended! :D

Took a quick photo and put it up on the system showcase.

Check it out (http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showcase/view.php?userid=84173).

Great looking system. You shouldn't have to be worrying about getting more bass out of that rig.

kind of hard to see them, but from what I can make they look huge. Very nice, been hearing allot of great things about those subs.

They are big, I can't deny that. But, the finish is quite nice so they aren't a complete eyesore. The WAF is still fairly high.

I will take better pictures so you can see, if you like. But, you can get a good idea of the size from seeing them next to the LSI 15s. I must say, these subs are sweet! I just popped in Master and Commander and brought the house down. The whole house was shaking! My poor dog is freaking out. I guess he isn't a bass head! :)

Of course I can see them in the picture. And his setup looks very nice. A close up of the sub would be nice, however I can see how huge they are. From the pic they look to have a piano gloss finish, though Im not sure. Again nice setup.

No, it's a satin black finish, not their piano black. It's their default finish, but it is very nice.

I wasn't expecting much for the asking price and felt there was some hype and yet the musicality of these surprised me ...so they'll stay put with the two channel for now.

Did yours have feet?

Just some rubber buttons that can be placed on the bottom, but no spikes/feet per se. I'm thinking about ordering an auralex gramma to place it on.
