OK, I've gotten this far now how do I keep image from being so damn big?

I can't find a simple way to shrink images for posting either.
The pic depends on the resolution the pic was saved. Higher the res the larger the pic.

You should be able to use MS Photo Editor to resize the image. Make sure it's 72dpi, and only a few inches or few hundred pixels in size.

You know it's scarey the Ballet troop here in town, I think it's called Ballet Met is going to do a piece on stage with the OHIO script in the scene...I don't know how the hell their gonna pull that off...or any clue how their going to work it into a ballet.

Yup Microsoft photo editor is my buddy for all my pics, Its in office 97, office 2000 what ever office suite you use by MS

Anybody can use a photo editer to shink a pic and resave then post. I want to know a simple way to shink a pic from an unmodified pic to the forum/wedsite/email.

You don't. You can make it look smaller to display (fit it to the page or whatever) - but it'll still be the same size (kb/mb) to download.

Always wanted to see a ballerina dance while lugging a tuba over her shoulder...

They're probably fighting to not have the honor of dotting the "i"... :)

Maybe I have it now...

Editing Program in Windows ME is called MS Picture It....

Here goes...

Edit: Looks like I got it. Saving the picture as "internet ready" seems to work the best...
