I have something called "The Ultimate Test CD"
The heading on the sleeve says A TUNEUP KIT FOR YOUR STEREO SURROUND SYSTEM.
Even comes with 16 page booklet inside on how to use it.
I THINK I got it at Walmart? I don't recall.
It's in my CD collection unrapped....forgot I had it till the other day when I was sorting.
Maybe you could find it on ebay or the like....I'll look for ya.
***** UPDATE EDIT *****
Crap this is the one I have but this is a bit much for it IMHO.
Still think I found it at Walmart.

Thanks for looking this up, I'll look for it in my nearest walmart...
It's crazy $30 on ebay...
I think you need Avia. There's an older version, that's not so good for LCD or Plasma, and the new Avia II version. You will also need an SPL meter, such as those sold on amazon.com or at Radio Shack. Most recommend the analog version, but either will do.

I know I need to get the SPL. I haven't bought it yet, because I have no clue on what I have to do once I buy it...
I need a tutorial...

I have that one and I rate it as marginal but better than nothing.
I'd recommend Stereophile's Test CD2 and "My Disc" By Sheffield Labs/AutoSound 2000.

The latter being much more comprehensive with test tones and other calibration material.
