Samsung BD-P1500 Problem

Recently I have bought a couple of BR discs that are bonus view enabled. In this example it's the new Hulk. I can turn bonus view on or off and view the bonus footage, so it works fine. The problem is that I cannot make the "bonus view" icon ever disappear. It sits at the upper left of the screen all movie long and annoys the heck out of me. I have the 2.0 firmware upgrade but the player is not connected to the Internet.

Anyone have an idea how to get rid of this?

Go into setup menu, Display Setup, Screen Message and set it to off

thank you very much! This was driving me nuts as well. Several movies had that damn "bonus veiw" in the corner and this simple fix made it go away.

BTW I contacted Samsung to let them know of the problem and they were aware of it. They confirmed that it is definitely in the next firm release but didn't have a date.
